Type of contract: contract of mandate
Duration of contact: 12 months
Responsibilities:
Acting as a information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Provide support in internal tools transactions to Order Management team.
Liaise with local warehouse, logistic, finance, service teams to facilitate documentation and tools update.
Requirements:
Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.
Availability to work at least 35h/weekly (must have).
Fluent English and Polish (must have).
Ability to learn fast and being a team player.
Very good time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
Ability to multitask and resourceful.
