We are seeking a Project Manager to join Mainline LLC. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects and resources necessary to complete our OSP projects across multiple customer projects. This person will need to communicate with the field supervisors, construction managers, finance/accounting, organizing supplies and manage job documentation and deliverables.
What You'll Do

Manage all assigned OSP projects, clients, subcontractors in accordance to SPEQ Metrics.

Follow all company protocols for gathering necessary project data such as production schedules, daily logs, redlines, as-builts and other project deliverables

Tracking the progress of each project and setting deadlines for specific tasks

Reviewing documentation for project creation, development and implementation.

Reviewing and updating existing procedures.

Actively champion company culture and leadership goals when carrying out all responsibilities

Create and maintain healthy relationships with vendors, customers, employees, and subcontractors

Distributing and allocating resources accurately

Developing project plans, implementing budgets, analyzing financial data, and reporting data to senior management and stakeholders

Ensuring projects align with business goals

Maintain all project related data through company software and defined processes.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in OSP fiber optic construction in similar role.

Telecommunications Construction knowledge is a plus
-
Must be able to speak to your experience managing many fast-moving projects concurrently.

Must be able to speak to your experience driving projects to completion.

Must be able to speak to your experience keeping project calls on point and squashing rabbit holes.

Must be able to track and report on milestones, what is a risk of missing and why.

Must be able to speak to your experience managing large amounts of data in Excel.

Must have strong analytical and numerical skills.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be organized, detail oriented and personable.

85,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Remote)
