Role Description

We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based at ADAPTIT S.A. in Agios Stefanos. The role involves implementing, administering, and managing network infrastructures for both enterprise and SMB customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-vendor technologies and environments, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and related networking solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for network and security troubleshooting on Customer’s infrastructure including but not limited to: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, SD-WAN, Wireless.
• Monitor and inspect network infrastructure performance.
• Help to organize and prepare the deployment of new installations.
• Troubleshoot networking incidents and the ability to find / recommend the right solution for complex problems.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging new feature deployments.
• Document procedures.
• Participate in network design projects and contributing to network improvement.
• Provide support to the company’s customers.
• Manage to overcome issues and problems by taking initiatives.
• Cooperate with Cybersecurity Engineers.
• Escalate unsolved issues at vendors.
