Who we are

At MOTH we’re here for cocktails, company, and conversation. That’s why we make the most delicious cocktails in a can - so that special mix can happen anywhere. Hands up - we’re obsessive. Every sip delicious and distinguished. Our cocktails are classics, and our ingredients are second to none. At the same time - we’re not snobbish. We don’t talk in master mixologist lingo. We have no fancy bar or dress-code. And we believe in fair prices for great drinks. Because when you’ve got good friends and fine blends, what more do you need? Mix of total happiness. MOTH.

We are one of the fastest growing FMCG brands, re-writing the rules of RTD cocktails, and facing unprecedented growth. Our success is down to the work that our magic MOTHs do, we hire exceptional people to do exceptional things. Our team in the UK has grown to more than 50 people and we’re not stopping there, we’re looking for a project management superstar for the next phase of business delivery.

The Role:

As our new NPD Project Manager, you’ll drive big, visible projects — taking new ideas from concept to launch and making sure our product strategy lands exactly as planned

You’ll keep timelines tight, teams aligned, and stakeholders in the loop — all while juggling multiple projects across different categories.

We are entering a new phase of business delivery, and this role will be key to enhancing our capabilities and expanding the variety of our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Your top priority: manage projects across multiple work streams from concept to launch.  Initiate, plan, monitor progress, and close projects within a predefined time, cost, and scope.
  • Actively manage risks by identifying potential issues, implementing mitigating actions, and preparing proposals for decision-makers.
  • Define the optimal processes, assemble the right team members, and facilitate clear communication channels to foster both backward and forward learning.
  • Balance the needs of project teams and stakeholders by understanding their requirements, expectations, and needs, both internally and externally
  • Champion and own the new project management system, including process training to new MOTH’s and actively providing input to improve our current ways of working.
  • Embed a strong project management culture by acting as the go-to expert for project delivery across the business
