We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer with a strong background in video animation, graphic design, and 3D design to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content that brings our brand, products, and community experiences to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

• Video & Motion Graphics
• Create compelling animated videos, trailers, promotional, explainer videos, and motion graphics for product launches, events, and community engagement.
• Design animations that align with our brand voice and Web3 aesthetic.
• Graphic Design
• Develop marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, events collaterals, presentations, and branding materials.
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables.

• 3D Design
• Develop 3D assets such as animations, graphic design assets and reusable templates for use in marketing material.

• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design visual content.
• Stay current with trends in Web3, digital art, and multimedia to drive innovation in design.
• Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows.
• Willingness to adapt and compromise when balancing creative vision with business or technical constraints.
• Maintains transparency in workflow, progress updates, and decision-making processes to build team trust.
