Their team culture is built on professionalism, integrity, and a shared commitment to quality in every project.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of mechanical/electrical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and performance optimization of HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, and BAS.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align goals and drive success.
  • Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, track milestones, and maintain consistent stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing mechanical and/or electrical projects in commercial building environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Some travel to the Cleveland office for meetings.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture
