We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead a small marketing team that supports multiple Business Units (BU) across Qualco Group, spanning both technology and financial services sectors. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on translating business plans and objectives into actionable marketing strategies that drive growth. A key responsibility will be to build strong product and digital marketing capabilities, ensuring that each product and solution is effectively positioned in the market, differentiated from competitors, and supported by compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences. The role also requires seamless collaboration with the Communications Office to maintain consistency in brand messaging and corporate positioning.

The ideal candidate is a 360° marketeer with a strong marketing mindset, capable of shaping strategy, defining product narratives, and enabling sales through impactful go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You will lead and empower your team to deliver integrated campaigns that drive demand and strengthen the market position of each business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate BU business plans into strategic marketing and product marketing roadmaps that drive growth, brand visibility, and measurable results;
  • Develop clear value propositions, positioning frameworks, and messaging for products and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends;
  • Partner with BU Heads, product managers, and senior stakeholders to define GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and solution enhancements;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement assets that support lead generation and conversion efforts;
  • Oversee the planning and tracking of the marketing budget to maximise ROI and efficiency;
  • Own the digital marketing strategy, covering websites, SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and social platforms, with a focus on demand generation;
  • Build capacity in digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing best practices within the team;
  • Identify high-value events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities to amplify BU visibility and credibility;
  • Collaborate closely with the Communications Office to ensure alignment between corporate narratives, BU campaigns, and product stories;
  • Lead and develop a marketing team that provides strategic and tactical support to various Bus;
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team, ensuring alignment with business needs while encouraging accountability;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;
  • Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.
