We are looking for a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. You will play an integral role in demonstrating ROI, deriving actionable insights from data, and supporting our team and clients in achieving their marketing goals. You will measure and evaluate campaigns for leading global brands while managing, optimising, and automating our reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise promotion reporting systems, including administration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee pixel/tag setup, ensuring best practices, education, and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyse and interpret promotional data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Create reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop, optimise, and maintain complex PostgreSQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Set up, execute, and evaluate client email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research to support client promotion planning.
  • Act as the ‘Internal Expert’ by documenting and educating on best practices for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure thorough information exchange.
  • Stay updated on data privacy regulations and best practices, making proactive recommendations.
