Summary
Acra Lending is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing strategy, optimize performance, and fuel customer acquisition and retention. This highly collaborative role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy, translating complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive leadership.
As a key member of the Strategic Marketing team, you will own marketing performance reporting, deliver data-driven insights, and serve as a strategic partner across digital marketing, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives. This role combines hands-on data management with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers—helping leadership make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a consistent cadence of marketing performance reporting, applying analytical rigor to guide strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.

Translate complex marketing and channel data into clear, actionable insights that inform investment decisions and long-term planning.

Build and manage marketing budget models in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support annual planning and forecasting.

Serve as the go-to resource for ad-hoc analysis, delivering timely insights that enable leaders across the business to make smarter decisions.

Lead or support high-impact initiatives that strengthen marketing outcomes, enhance team performance, and improve alignment with cross-functional partners.

Education And/or Experience

3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business strategy, consulting, or operations.

Experience with sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and digital platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Ability to connect marketing data to business impact, highlighting key wins and performance metrics to align and motivate teams around shared goals.

Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
