Marketing & Events Executive - ET Destinations
Wentworth / Hybrid
Full Time / Permanent
European Tour Destinations (ETD) is looking for a proactive and driven Marketing & Events Executive to support our network of world-class golf venues. This is a unique opportunity to work across marketing, communications, and event delivery in a dynamic, international environment.
Who We Are:
The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Legends Tour, Challenge Tour and G4D Tour (golf for the disabled). We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting ETD and its member venues through digital outreach, social media, and PR. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content and campaigns that elevate our brand and support venue activations. From managing website development and social channels to coordinating printed materials and media outreach, you’ll play a key role in shaping how ETD is seen across the industry.
You’ll also take ownership of our events calendar, liaising directly with venues to plan and deliver exhibitions and activations. Whether it’s coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, or ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site, you’ll be the go-to person for making our events memorable and impactful.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone with experience in relationship management, confident in public speaking and hosting, and comfortable managing expectations. You should have experience of organising and overseeing social media campaigns and analytics, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in event and travel management is desirable, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
You’ll be a natural communicator, able to build professional relationships across teams and venues. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach are key, along with the flexibility to travel both in the UK and overseas.
Multilingual skills are a plus, and while an interest in golf is welcome, it’s not essential.
