Role Description
The Manager, Marketing and Graphic Design, is responsible for leading the design, development and execution of creative brand materials for Rosemary Hallgarten across print and digital channels. This role will drive engagement and support business growth, ensuring that brand image is portrayed cohesively across all channels and that the message is conveyed in the most compelling way across platforms.
This role combines hands-on graphic design expertise with strategic marketing leadership, ensuring consistency across all visual and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong collaborator, and results-driven professional who can balance design excellence with marketing effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Marketing Communications
· Design editorial and responsive email layouts that are inspiring, on brand, and facilitate engagement.
· Layout and submit creative for print and digital advertising, according to media plan.
· Partner with leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
· Manage content creation and distribution across email, web, social media, and print channels.
· Develop creative assets for events such as evites, signage, social graphics, post cards.
Collection Collateral
· Lead and manage all aspects of graphic design projects, from concept to final production, across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
· In collaboration with the COO, develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging.
· Design marketing collateral, presentations, digital ads, social media content, packaging, and website assets.
· Responsible for creating collateral for new collections according to the launch calendar and deadlines. This includes collection overviews, brochures, eblasts, and website slider imagery.
· Support production and showroom merchandising teams with graphic deliverables for new collections according to the launch calendar and deadlines. This includes product spec layouts for print and web, photo layout for books, showroom tags, care and install instructions.
· Responsible for overseeing custom rug tear sheets and product guide for each launch.
Corporate Branding
· Oversee corporate brand identity; maintain brand kits, update business cards, email signature graphics, logo placement for company merchandise, and more.
· Support corporate strategic initiatives.
· Manage the website.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
· Observant eye for visual compositions, typography, editorial layouts.
· Demonstrated ability to oversee brand assets across multiple platforms and effectively manage deadlines.
· Thorough understanding of design across print production and multi-media digital.
· Excellent analytical and time management skills.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
· Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Strong creative vision with attention to detail and the ability to adapt design for different platforms and audiences.
· Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) preferred.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, and Google Ads preferred.
· Video editing and motion graphics experience, a plus.
