Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML) model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Proficiency in programming with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and experience with R or Scala is a plus.
• Strong expertise in developing, training, and deploying ML models , including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs or microservices for model integration into production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) for feature engineering and data pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform) for scalable training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Experience with MLOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines for ML, containerization using Docker , orchestration with Kubernetes , and experiment tracking with MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing , feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks for large-scale data processing and distributed ML training.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI) for presenting insights and model performance.
• Strong grasp of statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization as applied to ML algorithms.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest) and best practices for ensuring reliable ML code.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills for model accuracy, latency, and scalability.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams , participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaborations.
