Your Impact as a Nursing Home Administrator
In this role, you will:

Oversee Facility Operations
: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing home, aligning policies with
corporate standards

regulatory requirements

Lead and Develop Staff
: Recruit, orient, train, and retain
competent and professional staff
while fostering a
positive and productive work environment

Ensure Regulatory Compliance
: Implement and maintain policies and procedures that meet
state and federal guidelines

Manage Business Operations
: Oversee
admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects
to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Enhance Resident Services
: Ensure that all
therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs

physical, emotional, and social

caring and compliant
setting.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Holds a
current Administrator license
from the applicable
state agency

deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards
and the ability to manage the
state and federal survey process

with experience in
budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement
