💲$160 - 180k base plus 10% bonus

📍Remote USA

I'm partnered with a high-growth CTV AdTech company that is scaling their product function. They are hiring a Staff/Lead Product Manager to take ownership of their brand new greenfield application, a key strategic initiative enabling advertisers and agencies to independently plan, launch, and optimize CTV campaigns.

The Role

As Senior/Lead Product Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with a team of 15 engineers. You’ll have full ownership of the Self-Serve App, driving execution from requirements and sprint planning through to adoption and product improvements. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions will directly shape a product central to the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the Self-Serve App, from build to iteration
• Write clear user stories and requirements, ensuring alignment across teams
• Partner with Engineering on sprint planning, QA, and delivery
• Turn user feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
• Drive adoption and ensure features deliver measurable value
• Contribute to product processes, helping to shape a growing product culture

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS
• Hands-on experience in at least one DSP domain (forecasting, targeting, reporting, bidding, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a documentation-first mindset
• Proven ability to deliver in an agile environment
• Comfortable leading execution independently while collaborating across teams
