Overview

A single mom in Chelsea, NYC, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking nanny to help with her two children. The children are six and eight years old. They are attending a bilingual school. This is a live-out position, working Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm and looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities

• Daily childcare for two children
• Morning help to get the children up and ready and off to school
• Tutor help with school/homework
• Tidy up after the children
• Grocery shop and random errands, as needd
• Meal prep/cook for the children, including preparing snacks
• Laundry for the children
• Pick up from school and take to after-school activities
• Dinner and bedtime routine
• Travel with the family (They are very active and travel frequently).

Requirements

• Legal to work in the US
• Mandarin speaking is required
• Already living in NYC or a commutable distance
• Active and able to keep up with two school-aged children
• Ability to travel to Hong Kong and elsewhere, as needed

Salary and Benefits

The mom is offering $40/hr+ depending on experience.
