Role

The Junior Social Media Manager will assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across social media platforms. The role supports campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor engagement and respond professionally.
• Track and report on performance metrics.
• Research trends and competitor activity.
• Support senior staff in campaign planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary

$75,000 – $87,000 USD per year, gross; plus benefits.
