Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and assist in managing their accounts, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Junior Account Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, engaging with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their problems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Support sales initiatives by coordinating follow-ups and communication with prospective clients¿

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
