Junior Account Sales Executive – Off-Price Retail (Accessories, Bags & Hats)

I'm working with a well-established fashion company that is looking to hire a Junior Account Sales Executive to support their off-price business, with a focus on TJ Maxx (U.S.) and Winners (Canada). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in accessories, bags, or hats—especially if you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Account Executive and internal cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and support the day-to-day operations of key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support meeting prep: run inventory and sales reports, update showroom samples, and identify in-season pricing opportunities
• Monitor open orders and ensure alignment with inventory and ship windows
• Communicate with production to confirm on-time, complete deliveries
• Manage customer-specific compliance requirements (ticketing, routing, portals, etc.)
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with external buying teams
• Handle image and CAD board requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Upload content to retail portals and manage item setup templates
• Compare customer orders to internal projections and planning data
• Attend internal cross-functional meetings and occasional market visits

What They’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in wholesale or off-price account management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Willingness to attend professional events as needed
