Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scrum Master to join our Digital Solutions team at a leading hospital in New York City. This is a unique opportunity for someone with foundational Scrum experience to grow into a Product Management career path while contributing to impactful healthcare technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies across multiple product teams.

Support the development and delivery of digital products including Digital Revenue Management tools and AI-powered healthcare applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure sprint goals are met.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Assist Product Managers in backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skills And Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile team support role.

Basic understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and team dynamics.

Strong interest in Product Management and willingness to learn and grow in that direction.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse teams. -Exposure to healthcare or hospital systems is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.

Certification in Scrum (CSM or equivalent) is a bonus but not required.
