About this roll*
The International GTM Strategy and Operations team at Toast is responsible for setting up and supporting our International sales organization for scale and productivity. We leverage organized data, reporting, and insights to help our sales teams succeed in new markets. Our team also supports International sales through strategic planning, testing, and building toward sales capacity needs and market entry approaches via TAM analyses, strategic projects, and data procurement.
Your work will directly enable Toast's international expansion strategy and be a driving force behind our global growth. You'll build the foundation that allows our sales teams to introduce Toast's game-changing technology to businesses around the world, helping them thrive in today's competitive landscape.
As a Sr. Associate on the International Growth Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in Toast's global expansion by empowering our international sales organization with data-driven insights, strategic operations support, and innovative solutions. You'll be the engine behind our international sales productivity, partnering directly with sales leadership to optimize performance and scale efficiently across new markets

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
