Intermediate/Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality, Bespoke Careers, US

A premier Manhattan-based global design studio, celebrated for its theatrical, experiential approach to hospitality, cultural, and entertainment spaces, is seeking a talented Intermediate Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality experience and help bring immersive, highly crafted environments to life.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of high-end hospitality experience in interior design or architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, FF&E, and OS&E
• Experience across all project phases, including built work and construction administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Specsources; working knowledge of Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and V-Ray
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines
• Team-oriented and collaborative with a passion for multidisciplinary work

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and document interior design and space planning concepts
• Sketch preliminary designs and generate visualizations, including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and FF&E
• Create mood boards, design presentations, and material boards to effectively communicate concepts
• Prepare design specifications in coordination with project managers and architects
• Meet with clients to determine project requirements and advise on interior scope
