The Homewood Suites is looking for a proven leader to help with the training and development of the Housekeeping Department. An individual that enjoys motivating others to reach their goals with an eye for talent and details. One that is filled with spunk and spark and committed to making a difference daily!   This position is responsible to supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Lobby Attendants, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.  Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests  Effective management of assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive team member relations.
