About The Role
What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a B2B company.

Strong understanding of the developer market.

In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and the influencer landscape.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker who is also operationally strong and detail-oriented.

360 perspective on how we can repurpose influencers’ content for other marketing channels.

Native or fluent English speaker.

Experience using influencer tools/platforms (bonus).
What you’ll do

Grow our makers network: Source, onboard, and manage creators, paid partners, and micro-influencers to drive brand and performance campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Lead community partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with high-potential online communities on X that can drive awareness and conversions.

Handle day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring smooth onboarding and content delivery.

Analyze & report: Measure campaign performance and extract insights to improve ROI, scaling what works and pivoting when needed.

Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
