iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

We are looking for a IT End User Support Specialist with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and remote support to end users (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, standard banking applications)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
  • Handle user access requests, password resets, and security group assignments
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for escalations
