Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a Human Resources Generalist in West LA within the Financial Services - Venture Capital/Private Equity industry. You would have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities by working alongside a HR Assistant and potentially assisting with payroll in the future. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR Assistant on various tasks related to payroll and benefits administration.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding process.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management process by tracking employee goals and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a private real estate investment company preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
