Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Administrator to join our client on a 3-6 month contract.


This role is integral to supporting HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, including employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures in both languages.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, new hires, and terminations.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, performance reviews, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in developing and translating HR communications, policies, and employee handbooks.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events.


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment regulations.


Preferred Skill

  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, or international environment.
  • Exposure to recruitment, benefits administration, or payroll support.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
