We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Hospitality Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic projects that enhance our properties’ value and operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Hospitality Project Manager will oversee and manage projects across hotel properties, with preference given to candidates who also have experience in apartments or mixed-use developments. This role is responsible for coordinating renovations, capital improvements, new property openings, and operational enhancements. Extensive prior experience in hospitality project management is required , and this role will involve frequent travel to various property locations .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel renovation, capital improvement, and operational projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scope of work.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required , preferably in hotels, resorts, or multi-unit residential properties.
  • Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and teams across multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, renovations, and operational workflows in hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in both hotel and apartment property projects.
  • Familiarity with brand standards, design guidelines, and guest experience optimization.

Compensation:

  • $100,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses may be available.

Additional Requirements:

  • Extensive prior hospitality project management experience is required.
  • Frequent travel to property locations will be required.
