Overview
Ten80Ten is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support for our client’s healthcare recruiting operations. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, identifying, and engaging Nurse Practitioner (NP) candidates for in-home health positions. The ideal candidate will not only assist with candidate research and outreach but also help manage communications, track applicant progress, and ensure a smooth recruiting workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications

Source NP candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed and other tools.

Verify location fit (within 30-mile zip radius), credentials, and licensure.

Write and send outreach emails and follow-ups.

Track candidates in Google Sheets and/or ATS platforms.

Assist with scheduling and pipeline coordination.

1-2 years in recruiting, sourcing, or VA work experience (healthcare preferred)

Skilled in LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and basic research.

Excellent English (written and verbal)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy.

Familiarity with tools like Loxo, Dripify, or Bullhorn is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with legal and healthcare compliance practices is a plus.
