Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead the commercial engine driving our subscription growth. This role will take ownership of sales performance across three critical channels—Telesales, Field Consultants, and Indirect Partnerships. You’ll shape sales strategy, steer execution, and foster a high-performance culture that connects our smart home solutions to customers with impact and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement channel-specific sales strategies aligned to overall business objectives.

    • Own the sales forecasting process and deliver results tied to revenue, ROS, and churn reduction.

  • Performance Management

    • Set and monitor KPIs across all channels, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

    • Analyze performance metrics (e.g. conversion rate, CAC, churn, margin impact) and optimize for ROI

  • Channel Leadership

    • Lead and inspire Telesales and Field Consultant teams through coaching, development, and structured planning.

    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Indirect Partners to drive lead flow and mutual value.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless sales journeys.

    • Introduce sales enablement tools, training frameworks, and performance dashboards.

  • People & Culture

    • Create a psychologically safe, feedback-driven environment that attracts and retains top talent.

    • Champion a data-informed, emotionally intelligent sales culture with high trust and ambition.

Requirements

  • Proven success in leading multi-channel sales operations in a subscription-based model.

  • Strong commercial acumen with fluency in churn analysis and revenue optimization.

  • Inspirational leadership style with a knack for shifting teams from administrative execution to strategic ownership.

  • Experience building and scaling indirect channels or partnerships is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
