This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced product professional to oversee and unify several product areas into one cohesive group. You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive strategic alignment across business and technology, and ensure successful execution of complex initiatives at scale. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape the product roadmap, translate company vision into actionable objectives, and foster collaboration across engineering, sales, support, and customer success. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership in a dynamic, global, and mission-driven environment.
Accountabilities
As Head of Product, you will:

Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development

Align product group roadmaps with broader business and technical strategies
-
Lead prioritization efforts, balancing urgent issues, strategic goals, and long-term product vision
-
Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery
-
Translate company-level goals into team objectives, KPIs, and actionable execution plans
-
Drive execution of group-level initiatives such as donor and organization experience improvements
-
Provide thought leadership, fostering a product culture centered on innovation, data-driven decisions, and customer value
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading teams of 5+ direct reports

Proven ability to drive strategic alignment and lead full product lifecycles (discovery, delivery, iteration)

Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach to decision-making

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders

Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (native), both spoken and written
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives in a distributed environment
-
Availability to work remotely within CET hours (9:00-18:00)

Nice to have: experience with large-scale SaaS or B2C products, payments, localization, or CRM integrations; background in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
