Qensa is building the simplest way to take control of your online presence. Our platform makes it easy for creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs to design customizable microsites that actually feel personal and alive. We’ve been heads down refining the product and nailing our ICP, and now it’s time to bring Qensa to the world.

We’re an experienced founding team with deep startup experience, and we’re looking for a Founding Head of Community to help us launch, grow, and scale.

The Role

As our Head of Community , you’ll build and nurture the Qensa community from day one — working hand-in-hand with creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs to make Qensa part of their daily workflow.

At first, this means getting scrappy: embedding yourself in creative communities, starting conversations with users, creating community-driven content, experimenting with SEO, and launching partnerships with creators who can inspire others to join. You’ll also partner closely with design and product to shape viral loops and growth features that make Qensa spread organically.

Over time, this role grows into leading Qensa’s entire community and advocacy strategy, building programs, and eventually managing a team as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Community: Launch and nurture a thriving digital-first community of creators and freelancers.
• Be a User Advocate: Talk to creators daily, listen to their needs, and bring insights back to the product.
• Run Creative Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners who can grow Qensa authentically.
• Fuel Virality: Work with design and product to embed organic loops and community-driven features into Qensa.
• Grow Through Content & SEO: Create and curate content that helps Qensa rank for creative-focused searches and brings in new users.
• Spark Engagement: Launch community challenges, showcases, and campaigns that turn users into advocates.
• Activate Early Users: Turn beta testers and first adopters into champions through feedback loops, referrals, and user spotlights.
• Launch Digital Spaces: Build and manage Qensa’s Discord and social groups as the central hubs for conversation, feedback, and peer-to-peer support.
• Scale the Function: As we grow, evolve into building out a team and leading community at scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Startup DNA: Hands-on experience building communities or early-stage products with little-to-no budget.
• Community Builder: Deep empathy for creators and freelancers; you thrive on connecting with users daily.
• Storyteller: Strong communication skills with the ability to turn user stories into shareable content.
• SEO & Content: Familiar with content strategy and how to grow visibility organically.
• Partnerships: Comfortable working with creators and influencers, from micro to macro.
• Collaborative: Excited to work closely with design and product to make growth feel seamless.
• Scrappy & Creative: Resourceful problem solver who can experiment quickly and learn what works.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the creator economy, SaaS, or community-led growth .
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Webflow, ConvertKit/Hubspot.
• Comfort with lightweight video/content creation (Capcut, Adobe, etc.).
• A background in launching or scaling online communities.
