Role Overview

The right candidate will have proven experience within the built environment. As our HR & L&D Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, combining strategic HR expertise with a strong focus on learning and development. In this role, you will shape and deliver people initiatives that align with our business goals, strengthen workforce capability, and enhance employee engagement across the Group. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to provide expert support across employee relations, performance management, and HR policy.
• Design and implement people and learning strategies that drive business objectives, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Lead on talent acquisition, working with hiring managers to identify needs, enhance our employer brand, and build talent pipelines.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes that build capability, support progression, and prepare future leaders.
• Monitor employee experience and engagement, introducing initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Support change management programmes, embedding a high-performance, learning-focused culture across the organisation.
