Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Automation

Location: Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA | Hybrid: 2 days/week

US Citizen/Green Card preferred (H-1B transfer possible for exceptional candidates)

We have partnered with a fast-growing AI startup transforming the $2.7T insurance industry with agents that automate manual tasks. They have raised $50M Series B , are scaling rapidly, and have partnered with leading insurance organizations .

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain high-performance applications leveraging LLMs.
• Ship features end-to-end across Python (FastAPI/Django/asyncio) & TypeScript/Node + React .
• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure reliability across frontend, backend, and cloud , participate in on-call rotation.
• Own delivery: ship small features in weeks, major features in months.

What You Need:

• 7+ years production software experience ( Python / TypeScript ).
• Expertise in async/high-throughput systems, FastAPI, Django, asyncio .
• Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript/Express , SQL, and distributed messaging.
• Cloud experience: AWS/GCP/Azure , DevOps familiarity a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast learning, and ownership .

• LLM depth, regulated industry experience, high-growth startup background.
