About The Role
We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team at Endera. In this role, you will be a key contributor to developing engaging, customer-facing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Your expertise will help translate design concepts into seamless, responsive user experiences while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, QA specialists, product owners, and UX designers, to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment. Your role involves participating in all phases of the development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design meetings to implementation, testing, and deployment. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned delivery team dedicated to creating innovative and impactful products.
Qualifications

Proven experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using JavaScript frameworks such as React and Redux

Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions

Familiarity with Material Design principles

Ability to optimize code for speed and scalability

Experience with version control systems such as Git

Understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and debugging tools

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Ability to turn design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy new features within designated JavaScript frameworks

Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow

Assist QA teams and product owners in elaborating user stories, acceptance criteria, and design decisions

Translate UI/UX designs and concepts into responsive, accessible web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Maintain and enforce standards for interaction design, usability, and consistency across products

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
