Your mission is to help us build a Human Digital Twin

We have real-time access to millions of patient records. Insane data. What would you build? We’re building insights that support clinical teams predict emerging risks in their patients. They can’t live without them as it saves them time, improves patient outcomes, and drives hospital performance.

We are the only class IIb certified AI-Clinical Decision Support tool (EU:MDR) and we’re deeply integrated with hospital IT providers (EPRs). That means we can scale fast – hundreds of hospitals, dozens of insights, millions of patients.

About the role

This isn’t a normal job. As Founder’s Associate, you’ll be in the trenches with us - switching between strategy and execution at breakneck speed. One morning you’re drafting a board update, by lunch you’re firefighting a go-live issue at a hospital, and by evening you’re rewriting a pitch deck before an investor call.

You’ll be our right hand, our operator, our fixer. Expect context-switching every hour, zero playbook, and plenty of days where you’re the difference between something happening or stalling. What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that week
• Support fundraising efforts (investor research, pitch prep, due diligence)
• Own special projects with no safety net (e.g. partnerships, growth experiments, internal process improvements)
• Build board decks, reports and updates that move people to action
• Shadow founders in key meetings and ensure that nothing slips
• Jump into ops, product, growth, hiring, whatever’s needed. Figure it out fast.
