As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026, experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Managers for Resorts to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate F&B Manager to oversee our operations within various resort locations. This role demands a hands-on leader who can balance the operational aspects of running high-end food and beverage services while also being strategic about revenue management and guest experiences.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Ensure that all food and beverage operations provide exceptional levels of service consistent with the brand.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies in line with overall resort objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the F&B budget and financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue generation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect local culture and trends.
