What You'll Do

Works to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.

• Performing daily scheduled floor care to prevent the spread and growth of harmful bacteria in the hospital and to maintain a safe, clean and attractive environment.
• Transports cleaning equipment and laundry.
• Provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies to patient and resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, exam rooms and other areas of the facilities.
• Helps maintain housekeeping closets and supplies.
• Maintains a daily facility care schedule and ensures a safe and sanitary environment.
• Operates commercial vacuums, sweepers, trash/utility carts.
• Moves equipment and furniture as needed to perform duties.
• May be required to cross train with other members of the Environmental Services team.
• Must wear proper PPE as needed.

Who We're Looking For

• Courses or experiences showing commitment, reliability, or work ethic
• A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required.
• At least one-year floor care experience preferred.

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $15.50 - $20.63/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
