The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Digital Finance Team for a Finance Assistant to take responsibility for processing payments, expenses, invoicing, bank transactions and some reconciliation work.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who enjoys working with a growing company, has outstanding attention to detail and enjoys working within a team on a varied number of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expenses using our ERP system in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring VAT is processed with returns and payments made on time.
• Preparing weekly payment run.
• Assisting the wider teams with query resolution.
• Processing invoices and expenses in foreign currencies.
• Managing supplier statements, income, and bank reconciliations.
• Dealing with debt collection.
• Problem solving with customers, suppliers and within the group.
• Support with month end closure and journal posting.
• Ad hoc duties to support the finance team when required.
