We do this by architecting ShopGraph, the internet's most comprehensive, verified commerce knowledge graph, and intelligent agents like SimplyCodes and Product.ai that run on top of it.


This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking a career executive partner to join the Office of the CEO, a professional accustomed to operating at the highest levels of trust, discretion, and strategic impact. You will be the central operational hub for the CEO and our Santa Monica HQ, architecting the systems that enable him to lead at maximum velocity.


Your Mission: Architect the Office of the CEO


Your mission is to act as the CEO's most trusted partner, creating leverage by ensuring his time and focus are always directed at the highest-impact work. You will be a strategic gatekeeper, a cultural ambassador, and the operational owner of the executive office. You will operate across three core domains:


  • Strategic & Operational Partnership: You will be the architect of the CEO's operating system, managing his priorities and acting as a trusted proxy.
  • High-Discretion Ownership: You will be entrusted with confidential corporate, legal, and financial matters, serving as a primary liaison with our most critical external partners.
  • Cultural Ambassadorship: You will be the owner of our Santa Monica HQ experience, ensuring it is a world-class environment that reflects our unique, high-performance culture.


How You'll Operate & Build


At Demand.io, context is the work . Your impact scales by building systems and creating leverage. Your core loop will be:


  • Architect the CEO's Operating System: You will be the architect of the CEO’s executive cadence, strategically managing his calendar, communications, and commitments to ensure his time is allocated to the highest-leverage work.
  • Own the HQ Experience: You will be the single point of ownership for our Santa Monica HQ, architecting a world-class workplace experience and planning the cultural events—from weekly rituals to annual offsites—that bring our values to life.
  • Manage High-Discretion Projects: You will be entrusted with managing sensitive corporate and financial operations, serving as the primary liaison with our legal and financial partners and handling confidential matters with absolute integrity.
  • Orchestrate AI Systems: You will leverage AI as a force-multiplier for your own work, using it to automate tasks, synthesize information, and operate with greater speed and efficiency.
  • Compound the OS: You will own and deliver Outcomes, not just tasks, making our core operating system smarter with each system you ship.


What we're looking for


A career executive partner who thinks like a chief of staff and operates with the discretion of a trusted confidant.


  • 5-10+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or high-profile founder in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy, with the ability to serve as a credible and effective proxy for the CEO.
  • A demonstrated history of managing highly confidential corporate and financial information with absolute discretion.
  • A "velvet hammer"— a warm, approachable, and empathetic leader who is also fiercely protective of the company's priorities and the CEO's focus.
  • A systems-thinker who defaults to building scalable processes rather than just managing a checklist of tasks.

Compensation & Partnership


  • First Year Cash Comp: $220,000 - $290,000
  • Profit-Sharing Bonus (PSB): As a key strategic partner, you will be invited into our Partners Program. You receive a monthly, cash-based bonus tied directly to company revenue growth. This isn't hypothetical upside. For most high-performing Partners, the PSB adds 30-100%+ to annual cash compensation.
  • Equity: You'll receive a meaningful equity grant that reflects the role's seniority and critical importance, positioning you as a true owner in the long-term value you will help create.
