Description
The Fire TV organization is seeking a driven, experienced, strategic, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to two senior leaders in Fire TV (Seattle, WA and Sunnyvale, CA).
This role will serve as a strategic business partner, managing complex executive operations across the 3P & 1P Fire TV organizations. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggling multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders, all while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements across the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment's notice is critical for success in this role. We work as a global team, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and product teams: therefore, it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
The ideal candidate will drive organizational effectiveness through the development and implementation of scalable processes, programs, and best practices that can be leveraged across the broader EA community.
Key job responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and driving operational excellence

Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones

Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms

Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events

Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international

Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items

Create and submit expense reports while managing budget tracking

Partner with leaders to understand their priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners.

A day in the life
As an Executive Assistant in Fire TV, you'll act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing complex calendars across global time zones, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. You'll work closely with a fun & collaborative EA community while driving improvements for a geographically dispersed team.
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
