Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving event sales and managing logistics for a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive event sales.
• Create customized event proposals and presentations based on client specifications.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including catering, audiovisual, and marketing.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the event planning process from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.
• Track and report on sales goals and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
