Ecommerce Manager, TAILORBYRD, US

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Entrepreneurial E-commerce & Marketing Manager who will manage our website, branding and marketing efforts. The E-commerce & Marketing "Specialist" will be responsible for handling all day-to-day e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, overseeing customer service, and providing effective communication with team members and customers. This role also encompasses a graphic design element that extends into our emails, social media and beyond. In addition, this person assumes all branding responsibilities and will ensure that the TailorByrd brand aesthetic is executed properly, including all photography for various digital platforms including retail account websites, Marketplace platforms & the TailorByrd website as well as editorial & lifestyle photography for all social media platforms. This role also has a customer service element that requires overseeing the customer service coordinator and occasional interaction with our online customers on an as-needed basis to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. Position is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in office days.  Must be willing and able to work IN OFFICE up to 4 days/week depending on time of season/year. Can be Contract or Employee.


We are looking for a Unicorn! A creative business savvy specialist with ability and experience creating and executing an overall company digital marketing strategy. Must be an independent thinker with a sense of urgency; self-motivated with a “get it done” personality.


Responsibilities

·      Create, manage & be accountable for the digital business & marketing strategy across our website & marketplace platforms

·      Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle online, including but not limited to product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, etc.

·      Collaborate with and help manage our third-party Google ads agency, ensuring alignment on brand goals, timely execution of deliverables, and ongoing optimization of campaigns and site performance.

·      Own and execute all e-commerce and lifestyle photography alongside our photographer to ensure products always look their absolute best.

·      Responsible for booking talent for photoshoots and other content creation.

·      Own our social media presence, ensuring proper branding is utilized at all times and creating graphics as necessary.

·      Own and optimize the e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience from homepage to checkout

·      Meet internal Company sales targets


Qualifications

•        Must be an expert with the Shopify platform

•        Marketplace knowledge a plus

•        Specific knowledge of product uploads, tagging, promo codes & running/ finding/ using a wide range of apps to ensure a positive customer experience including Gorgias, Loops Returns, Rise AI Loyalty app, Kiwi Size Chart, apps for discounts, etc.

•        Experience using, creating and deploying Klaviyo campaigns (both email and SMS).

•        Proficient with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Bonus points for Adobe Lightroom.

•        Ability to create graphics and execute Meta ads

•        Experience and knowledge of the ever-changing world of Google Ads & Analytics

•        Experience directing and styling photoshoots for e-commerce and/or lifestyle.

•        Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and customers.

•        Detail-oriented and well-organized.

•        Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a team.

•        Experience in the apparel or fashion industry a plus.

•        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
