Tasks

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor ERP solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of ERP systems.
  • Analyze existing client workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes through ERP technology.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with both clients and the team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business administration or business informatics
  • Experience with ERP or similar business IT software (Odoo experience as a big plus)
  • Full understanding of business process writing and workflows
  • Convincing and open personality to build close customer relationships
  • Sharp comprehension, analytical way of working & high commitment
  • Passion for challenging tasks
  • Fluent in English (C2); another European language is a plus
