Position Summary

As our Director of Philanthropic Partnerships , you will be at the heart of our mission-driven movement—cultivating, stewarding, and growing transformational relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and legacy givers. This role is strategic and relational, designed for someone who understands that fundraising is not just about dollars, but about building deep connections that create lasting impact.

You will serve as a bridge between our cause and the compassionate individuals and institutions that support it—helping forge a legacy of hope, advocacy, and community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and steward meaningful relationships with major donors, legacy givers, and long-term supporters
  • Lead and grow CASA’s planned giving program , helping donors leave a lasting legacy
  • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer to align donor priorities with CASA’s strategic goals
  • Collaborate with the Community Engagement Coordinator to secure sponsorships and philanthropic partnerships for events
  • Create customized stewardship plans and donor engagement experiences
  • Represent CASA in the community with professionalism, authenticity, and warmth


Fundraising Goals & Expectations

  • Secure $350,000–$500,000 annually in combined major gifts, planned gifts, and sponsorships (in collaboration with the CEO and broader team)
  • Manage a portfolio of 40–60 active donor relationships , ensuring consistent cultivation and stewardship
  • Generate 8–12 meaningful donor engagements per month , including meetings, calls, personalized outreach, and stewardship efforts
  • Contribute to the development of long-term fundraising strategies and future campaign planning

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in development, donor relations, major gifts, or planned giving
  • Proven ability to build and maintain donor relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strategic mindset and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM or donor database systems
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events as part of donor engagement
  • Commitment to CASA’s values of advocacy, inclusion, and community


Location & Work Environment

This is a full-time, exempt position based in Williamson County, Texas . CASA currently offers a hybrid work schedule:

  • Virtual work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
  • In-office work on Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Occasional evenings or weekends for events or donor meetings


Compensation & Benefits

CASA of Williamson County offers a competitive and generous benefits package, including:

  • Annual salary of $70,000–$75,000 , commensurate with experience
