DIRECTOR OF AGENCY OPERATIONS + FINANCE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

The Director of Agency Operations and Finance will lead daily operations, translating agency vision into actionable strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction across all administrative and client-servicing departments.

Key responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing resources, overseeing project management and budgets, developing operational budgets, identifying technological efficiencies and improvements, and mitigating risks. This executive serves as the second-in-command, partnering with the co-founders to drive growth and ensure the agency's operational excellence and financial stability.

• Office location: New York, Los Angeles. The agency operates on a hybrid schedule
• Position location: flexible, remote
• Position: Full Time, fractional considered
• Schedule: Hybrid, minimum 2 days in-office weekly (occasional requirement for additional dates, pending deliverables)
• Experience: minimum of 10 years of proven operations and financial management, including: development and implementation of daily operations, resource planning, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment
• Oversight of AP/AR, budgeting, planning, and expenses to ensure well-managed cash flow
• Establish quality assurance practices and evolve reporting requirements to meet and exceed client needs
• Support business development via workflows, team engagement, and creative resources
• Access and enhance all innovative tools, platforms, and technology needs
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks: financial and operational
• Manage employee and client onboarding and offboarding

Compensation: Negotiated based on experience.
