Title: Director of Audit and Quality Assurance (Tax)

Duration: Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

About the client:

Our client is focused on helping businesses by identifying, securing, and managing various tax credits and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all duties are performed in alignment with company standards, best practices, SOPs, policies, and relevant employment laws.
• Manage and monitor workflows and provide support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards.
• Encourage positive morale, maintain harmony among staff, and assist in resolving grievances or escalating them to upper management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and the appropriate sense of urgency.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
