We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected PR Director to lead the brand’s public relations strategy and elevate its presence among high-net-worth individuals, tastemakers, and celebrities. This role is ideal for a seasoned PR professional with deep industry ties, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and a proven track record across both agency and in-house environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global PR strategy that reinforces the brand’s luxury positioning
• Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier media, influencers, stylists, and celebrities
• Secure high-impact placements in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury publications
• Oversee red carpet and VIP dressing initiatives, product seeding, and brand collaborations
• Lead press events, trunk shows, and exclusive activations in key markets
• Manage PR agencies and ensure alignment with brand messaging and KPIs
• Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Monitor media coverage and provide strategic insights to leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years of PR experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, or beauty
• Strong network of celebrity contacts, stylists, and media editors
• Proven success in both agency and client-side roles
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and brand positioning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
