Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client on a short-term contract basis to cover a leave. This role will support our Director of Brand & Digital Marketing in executing digital content strategies, managing social media, and coordinating web updates. Youll work cross-functionally with operations and marketing, supporting new franchise openings and ongoing content needs.
This is a fast-paced role with sharp deadlines and a high level of visibility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to follow direction while managing multiple priorities.
Additional Responsibilities Include
Social Media
o Quarterly content planning
o Content creation for monthly social calendar including video content creation and editing
o Content scheduling
o Proactive social monitoring, moderation, and engagement
o Facebook Group Administration
o Monthly social reporting
o Franchise Support: Facebook/Facebook Group/Google Business Credential Management
Admin / Project Coordination
o Maintain digital assets libraries
o Manage marketing ticket system and follow up on request
o Provide support for franchise operations

Skills And Requirements

35 years of experience in digital content coordination or social media marketing

Proficiency in WordPress, Sprout Social (or similar), and G Suite

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience with Canva and basic video editing

Background in healthcare or franchise marketing is a plus null
