Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate (Account Manager)
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Type: Full-Time (Minimum 34 tracked hours/week)
Compensation: $70–85k/year (negotiable based on experience & knowledge) with potential to earn more.
We are seeking an experienced, friendly and focused Digital Marketing Associate (Account Manager) to manage assigned client accounts and oversee the strategy & execution of digital marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves hands-on work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns, while also coordinating and delegating tasks to the Digital Marketing Coordinators within their assigned Pod (Pod = Team Members working together on assigned client accounts). The Digital Marketing Associate will also be working closely with the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and initiatives are used across all accounts within the Company. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, and an excellent communicator, very warm and welcoming, with a passion for delivering measurable results and success for our clients.
At this time, we are not hiring in the following states: CA, IL, IA, AZ, MN, MT, NH, ND, PA, SD, NY, NJ, OR, CO, MA, WA, DC. Candidates should also have no plans to move to one of these states.

We work in Pods — small groups of specialists and coordinators who collaborate on assigned accounts, supported by our Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive strategies across the agency.

We’re currently a 11-person team (all remote), including the two owners (husband & wife) who are actively involved in the day-to-day.
