Deputy Head of Affiliate Solution (Creator Growth Business), AnyMind Group, TH

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Head of Affiliate Solution to join our Creator Growth business in Thailand, reporting directly to the Head of Creator Growth. You will lead a team of managers and executives, spearhead the expansion of our affiliate creator network and take ownership of the affiliate business performance. This is a strategic and high-impact role where you will own the P&L for the affiliate network, cultivate key partnerships, and innovate our commercial offerings. You will be responsible for building and nurturing our affiliate creator community, developing strategic partnerships, and taking ownership of our gross profit performance in the affiliate solutions space.

 

What You'll Do 

Strategic Growth & P&L Management:

  • Network Growth & GMV: Spearhead the growth of our MCN (Multi-Channel Network) by leading affiliate creator acquisition and incubation to increase overall network GMV across TikTok, YouTube, Shopee and other future affiliate platforms. 
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Continuously analyze and capture trends in both brand client needs and affiliate buyer behavior to inform creator acquisition and affiliate solutions strategy.
  • Business Performance Ownership: Take ownership of the Gross Profit (GP) for the affiliate network business in Thailand, driving strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Inspiring the team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

 

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

  • Partnership Strategy: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value creators and partners. Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with other networks and platforms to expand our reach and capabilities.
  • Commercial Strategy: Adopt a business development mindset to co-develop innovative sales packages with cross-functional teams, integrating our affiliate network capabilities as a core value proposition within our full-funnel sales strategy.

 

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing affiliate network team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Internal Synergy: Create a unified “One” Affiliate solution across all key platforms. Foster strong, seamless collaboration with the YouTube MCN, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure integrated strategies and client success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, seamless collaboration with other teams, including the YouTube MCN, Sales, and Account Management, to ensure integrated strategies and maximize client success. You will also serve as a senior escalation point for key client relationships and campaign execution, ensuring service excellence.

 

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor's degree at minimum.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior management, director, or assistant head-level role within the affiliate or e-commerce business development sectors.
  • Strong network within the affiliate/creator ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of maturity in building relationships with creators, partner networks, and clients.
  • You are a proven leader with experience managing and developing a team, including setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Thai communication.
  • Expertise in Performance Ads and Tech background is a plus.
